This is a combined environmental laboratory engaging in testing of environmental adaptability and reliability of products, and is also an independent third-party beyond supplier and users. The lab provides you with construction and service of science、fair、security and honesty. It is led by famous environmental and engineering professor Wang Deyan, and is supported by eighteen famous experts. There are 2000 square meters laboratory and over 30 varied advanced testing equipments. In which there are the biggest 10m3/10t (force) three integration test system and the largest force vibration test system around the world which could reach 40t push force.
The lab can carry out varied tests scientifically and accurately, such as the GB/T2423 and GJB150 states environmental and reliable tests in high temperature、 low temperature、temperature shock、fast temperature change(±60℃/min)、salt fog、vibration、shock、bump、vibration、free drop、transportation、 temperature /humidity/ vibration three integration; GJB899 states reliability qualification test、reliability acceptance test、reliability development test; And GJB1032 states reliability filtration test; earthquake test prescribed by HAF.J0053 nuclear equipment anti-earthquake test instruction and GB/T2424.25-2000（Idt IEC 60068-3-3） earthquake test measure; package transportation test prescribed by the GB/T4857（ISO2247）criteria.
The lab can provide reliability and environmental test the technology of which is complex、more difficult and with special requirements. It can help customers to create criteria for product technology testing, and help them carry out product technology testing research, find out their weakness in design and technology, analyze inactivate mechanism, improve correct measure, then improve products’ environmental adaptability and reliability level and upgrade customers’ products to high quality.
